Tax Compliance Manager, 12 month FTC - Peterborough or London, to £100k

A leadership role has arisen in a successful global brand where you will be managing all aspects of the direct tax compliance cycle. You will report directly to the Head of Tax and manage one direct report. The role will focus on corporate tax compliance and reporting as well as managing HMRC enquiries. Specific responsibilities include:

* Preparation/ management of UK Corporation Tax Returns and all relevant corporate tax group schedules
* Lead preparation of tax disclosures for all UK & Irish financial statements
* Work with the Tax Business Partner roles to deliver/ manage consistent and accurate tax advice across all business units and initiatives; for example, maximising R&D credits, capital allowances, support on M&A/ transactional work etc
* Manage the compliance and reporting processes and controls, with a view to continuous improvement including annual SAO compliance projects
