Refund Policy
Given that the service we offer is immediate, etaxjobs has a policy of never offering a refund.
Where an employer or agency makes an advance booking for jobs and then wishes to cancel, etaxjobs will offer a refund depending on how much notice we are given prior to the agreed start date of the advertising campaign:
- More than 30 days notice - 100% refund
- Between 15 and 30 days notice - 50% refund
- Between 7 and 14 days notice - 25% refund
- Less than 7 days notice - No refund.
We will not offer a refund for advance bookings for other inventory, eg banners and eshots.
