Senior Tax Manager - Fixed Term Contract, to £120k

A Senior Tax Manager interim tax role which requires an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager within corporate tax, is required for this interim tax job in London.

Reporting to the Head of Tax and working closely with the International Tax Manager and the wider finance team, the Senior Tax Manager will join in September 2024 on a contract through to early 2026.

The key focus of the role is on tax reporting where duties will include: preparing the UK current and deferred tax forecasts quarterly; preparing monthly tax journals; consolidating the Group's tax position and preparing tax disclosures.

During the tenure of the contract there will be compliance requirements on the preparation of the UK corporate tax returns using Alphatax. In addition, there will be tax advisory activities including CFCs, detailed capital allowances claims, double taxation relief and transfers pf trade and assets.

To be considered for this role it is essential to have a tax reporting background under IFRS and UK GAAP and to have had a hands on experience in UK tax compliance with Alphatax usage.

Hybrid working is on offer with 2-3 days per week based in their central London office and the remainder of the time to be worked from home.
