* Problem Solving: Utilizing analytical skills and curiosity to tackle complex client problems.
* Financial Management: Managing all aspects of financial management for clients.
* Business Development: Driving business development activities, identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
* Global Coordination: Collaborating with specialists across the global network to deliver exceptional outcomes.
* Team Leadership: Training, coaching, and supervising junior team members, and supporting Partners and Directors in various leadership tasks.
* Regulatory Awareness: Staying up-to-date with relevant regulatory and business issues.
* Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.

* Industry Expertise: Significant experience working with financial services businesses, either in an advisory or in-house role.
* Quality Delivery: Proven track record in delivering high-quality work within the financial services sector.
* Client Relationships: Ability to establish and maintain trusted client relationships and confidently lead discussions with senior clients.
* Portfolio Management: Extensive experience managing varied portfolios, including all aspects of financial and risk management.
