Employment Tax/Global Mobility Director

The team has enjoyed year on year growth and continues to benefit from a strong pipeline of work. Your role will be to act as a number 2 and bridge the gap between the Partners and Senior Managers within the team. This team works with a variety of clients to advise them on global mobility, UK employment tax, off payroll working, employee benefits, payroll etc. To succeed, you will need to be technically strong however also have a clear aptitude and passion for managing people and operations. This role will require you to be able to take responsibility for supporting the Partners with structuring the team, ensuring optimium efficiency; leading on proposals and cross collaboration between teams as well as ensuring deadlines for clients are met.

This is a unique opportunity that doesn't arise very often that would suit an exisiting Director from a Big 4 or Tier A firm working within either global mobility tax or employment tax. The role offers hybrid working with typically 2-3 days a week in the office. This firm is enjoying huge investment and has been highly acquisitive in the past 12 months. It is an exciting time to join them as they continue their journey of expansion. You will gain the autonomy to be entrepreneurial and undertake a diverse role that plays to your strengths.
