Your key responsibilities
- Provide international clients with guidance on diverse indirect tax matters, including Dutch corporation tax, dividend tax, transfer pricing, tax treaties, and EU law.
- Interpret intricate tax legislation and regulations to offer practical recommendations.
- Prepare ruling requests and settlement agreements.
- Assist clients with tax compliance and enhancing their tax strategies.
- Aid clients in comprehending and augmenting SPAs for tax considerations.
- Participate in due diligence procedures and support global transactions.
Requirements
The new Indirect Tax Manager should hold a master's degree in Tax Law or Fiscal Economics and be a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers. In addition, you should bring over four years of relevant experience as a tax specialist, ideally within an international context such as the legal profession or a 'Big Four' firm. Comprehensive knowledge of indirect taxes and staying informed about current industry developments is essential, as well as proficiency in Dutch and English.
