Pure are excited to be partnered with a listed entertainment business to find a UK Senior Tax Manager for a 7-month paternity contract. This opportunity is well-suited to a UK corporate tax specialist, who has proven experience leading compliance & reporting processes. You will have some exposure to employment tax compliance, group M&A activity, transfer pricing and Pillar 2 modelling.
You will be responsible for:
* Oversee all aspects of UK corporation tax, withholding tax, and employment tax compliance, including managing deadlines and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
* Collaborate with senior tax leaders to manage UK components of US GAAP tax reporting on a quarterly and annual basis
* Assist in the modelling and implementation of Pillar 2 regulations.
* Help execute transfer pricing calculations.
* Provide advice to local controllers and finance partners on UK and global tax issues, ensuring timely and informed responses to various internal tax queries, particularly regarding withholding and employment taxes.
* Recommend, edit, and review intercompany agreements and other legal documentation
* Support global M&A activities as needed.
* Effectively communicate with advisors in different regions.
About You:
* 8+ years of relevant UK tax experience within practice/or a large multinational corporation.
* Strong knowledge of UK corporation tax and employment tax compliance processes
