The Role

Based in Birmingham, the Senior Manager will:

* Deliver expert tax advice on structuring, refinancing, reorganisations, and compliance.
* Support the corporate tax team with technical guidance.
* Manage a diverse client portfolio, including UK-listed and family-owned groups.

Requirements

* Strong technical skills in tax advisory and compliance.
* Drive and curiosity in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to build client relationships and develop junior staff.
* Experience with multinationals is a plus.
