Clark Wood are currently working with a Leading Regional firm who are looking for a Mixed Tax Senior / Mixed Tax Assistant Manager (Advisory) in their Preston office

As a Mixed Tax Senior / Mixed Tax Assistant Manager (Advisory) your role will include:

Supporting the tax partners and directors on a variety of tax planning projects, including some or all of the following:

Company restructuring, Employee share schemes, Dividend planning, Alphabet share structures, EIS and SEIS shares, Acquisition and disposal of private companies / unincorporated businesses, Management buy outs, Private client management, Non UK resident individuals, companies and trusts, Corporate tax advisory, e.g. loan relationships and derivatives and Year-end tax planning

The projects undertaken will be dependent on client requirements, but the successful candidate will have the flexibility and aptitude to work on a wide range of issues as they arise.

Our client in Preston is looking for the following skills;

ACA or ACCA qualification

CTA qualification considered desirable but not essential

Knowledge of corporate, personal, business and capital taxes
