Senior Manager International Corporate Tax

Our client is seeking an International Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join the Leeds or Newcastle office. This senior role is to provide international corporate tax advisory services to a wide range of clients, including one of the UK’s largest privately held groups. This is very much a market facing role, working with allocated clients, target organisations and internationally based colleagues. A varied and complex technical brief, covering refinancing transactions, group re-organisations and M&A. There is, as you might expect at this level, an expectation of business development, proposal activity, team management and the development of staff. CTA or equivalent required, as is a high level of experience in international tax or M&A. An excellent, highly competitive package is on offer reflecting proven experience and potential.
