Fantastic opportunity to join a national, dedicated team that advise on the design, tax, market practice, corporate governance, regulatory and accounting aspects of management and broader employee incentive structures. This tax manager role requires a thorough understanding of the UK tax and legal issues that may arise in relation to long term and equity based incentive arrangements. You will be expected to have experience of drafting legal documentation, employee communications and technical advice, display excellent team leadership skills in addition to an ability to work under your own initiative. You may already be working in professional or legal services, or working in industry, with skills in advising on the aspects of tax and legal aspects of incentive arrangements. Applicants ideally need to be commutable to Leeds, hold a relevant professional qualification such as ACA/CTA or equivalent, and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within Reward practice.
