Accountancy Practice and Tax recruitment specialists Clark Wood are currently working with a leading and highly prestigious of accountants who are seeking to recruit a professional and ambitious Corporate Tax Senior to join their team in Guildford.

Working within this well respected and nationally renowned practice, you will undertake a varied role which will involve a mixture of both compliance and advisory work. You will gain exposure to a diverse array of clients from Owner Managed Businesses through to Large Group structured entities across a multitude of business sectors.

As a Corporate Tax Senior you will have responsibility for your own portfolio of clients and will be responsible for ensuring that all corporation tax compliance work is completed accurately and efficiently in line with all statutory deadlines. This compliance aspect will involve both hands on preparation work as well as delegating work to more junior members of the tax team before reviewing the computations and returns they have completed.

Whilst the workload will be weighted towards compliance work, the successful candidate will also work with Managers and Partners in Guildford to play an active role in the delivery of tax advisory services to clients.

Skills:

ACCA/ACA or CTA Qualified
ATT Qualified studying towards CTA
Experience of working in a Corporate Tax focused position within practice is essential
