We are currently recruiting for a global construction company that has been at the forefront of the FTSE-100 for a number of years. This rare in-house opportunity would make the perfect first or second step into industry with a clearly defined path for progression.
This market defying group has operations spanning the globe, with a highly respected in-house tax function. If successful, you will gain exposure to a wide range of areas, business partners and international advisors.
Responsibilities will include:
- Management of the complex and varied expatriate population
- Advising on employment tax impacts for new international business projects and activity
- Policy ownership and updating for new expatriate projects and plans.
- From the grounds up management of globally mobile payrolls including creation
- Assisting on UK employment tax projects
- Assessing IR35 risks to the business
To apply you should preferably have a top tier background, along with the CTA or ATT qualification. Candidates should be keen to forge a lasting career within industry, with a range of opportunities available to the successful applicant. You will be an excellent communicator, able to quickly forge relations across the business. Excellent technical knowledge of employment and expatriate tax is a given.
