Pure Search are exclusively partnered with a Tech company looking to hire a Direct Tax Manager based in London or Fully Remote, with the opportunity to travel.
Responsibilities:
* Overseeing corporate tax compliance for regions including EMEA & APAC, ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations.
* Managing tax reporting processes and cash tax forecasting to support the company's financial strategy and long-term goals
* Handling transfer pricing strategies and ensuring compliance with international tax guidelines
* Leading and managing R&D tax credit claims globally to optimize tax efficiency and maintain regulatory compliance.
* Providing training and support to staff on matters related to corporate tax filings, and IFRS tax reporting standards.
* Assisting with ad-hoc tax-related matters such as mergers and acquisitions, integrations, and addressing inquiries from tax authorities.
Applicant Requirements:
* ACA, CTA or equivalent qualified
* Broad UK & International Corporate Tax experience across Compliance & Reporting
* Advisory & Transfer Pricing experience would be advantageous but not compulsory
* Ability to travel abroad 4 times a year into Europe for a few days at a time
* Right to work in the UK - no sponsorship available
The role is paying up to £100,000 + bonus and is fully remote, with London offices available.
