VAT Manager - EMEA Region, to £100k

We are pleased to be working on an exciting new opportunity with a global business, looking to appoint an experienced Indirect Tax professional to a newly created role in their London office. This is a great chance to join a fast-paced environment and take ownership of VAT matters across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Improve and streamline VAT processes and reporting
* Lead on VAT systems and tools implementation
* Support risk management and controls
* Oversee compliance and filings across multiple jurisdictions
* Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external advisors
* Deliver training and regular tax updates internally
* Manage VAT registrations and audits
* Provide day-to-day support on VAT queries
* Spot opportunities for process and planning improvements

What We're Looking For:

* 7+ years of EMEA VAT experience, ideally from both practice and in-house
* Strong understanding of EU VAT rules
* Systems implementation exposure is a plus
* Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
