Position Overview
The firm is looking for a talented Corporate Tax Manager who excels in dynamic environments and is keen to take on complex challenges. The successful candidate will be responsible for building meaningful client relationships, understanding their businesses, navigating risks and delivering strategic insights.
This opportunity is ideal for a Corporate Tax professional looking to transition into a Management role or an experienced Manager who can contribute to and expand the firm's corporate tax services. The role involves a varied mix of work, managing Owner-Managed Businesses (OMBs), family companies and international groups.

Corporate Tax Manager - Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the private client tax team, providing guidance and support to junior staff.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for tax-related matters.
• Provide expert tax advice on a range of issues, including corporate tax, personal tax, and VAT.
Corporate Tax Manager - Qualifications and Experience:
• CTA qualified or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a tax advisory role, with a proven track record of managing a team.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations.
