Your key responsibilities as the Senior R&D Tax Manager
In this role, you will lead the successful delivery of R&D tax services, ensuring outstanding client outcomes. You will mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their professional growth and expertise. By building and maintaining strong client relationships, you will provide exceptional service, manage expectations, and identify new opportunities. Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must have a degree in Engineering or Science, demonstrating a strong technical foundation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a collaborative management approach, are essential. You should have prior experience in R&D tax and strong relationship management skills to effectively handle client expectations. A passion for emerging technologies across various industries is essential, along with strong technical expertise and a commitment to continuous development. Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to manage large and complex datasets, is crucial.
