A leading payroll services provider is seeking an experienced Expatriate Payroll Senior Manager to join their team in London or Birmingham. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to manage and develop a talented payroll team while driving service excellence and growth.
The successful candidate will ensure payrolls are processed accurately and efficiently, maintain compliance with statutory regulations and identify business growth opportunities.
Responsibilities include team leadership, process improvement, KPI monitoring, cost-saving initiatives and vendor management. You will also oversee financial planning, client escalations and recruitment within the payroll function.
Candidates must have extensive payroll management experience, strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. Preferably CIPP qualified, you should also have experience in expat and modified payroll.
