An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Manager to join a leading Innovation Incentives Team within a top-tier firm. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse range of high-profile clients, from FTSE 100 and 250 multinational corporations to fast-growing tech start-ups.
As a Senior Manager, you will take ownership of R&D tax claims, working closely with senior engineers, scientists, finance and tax professionals to identify qualifying projects and deliver expert guidance throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of R&D tax claims for a portfolio of clients.
* Collaborate with technical and finance teams to ensure successful claims.
* Develop and manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Mentor and lead junior team members, supporting their development.
* Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to expand the practice.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in R&D tax, ideally within a consulting or accounting firm.
* Strong technical knowledge of R&D tax relief schemes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A passion for innovation, technology, and problem-solving.
