I'm working with a fast-growing Alternative Investment team at a leading global advisory firm to hire a Senior Manager in London.
This team advises top-tier Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, with a strong pipeline of work and a clear path to Directorship.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical tax advice to asset managers and funds, including transaction and structuring support.
* Manage corporate and partnership tax compliance, ensuring timely reporting.
* Oversee investor reporting and client portfolios, delivering high-quality service.
* Collaborate across tax, financial services, and international teams to develop new opportunities.
* Lead business development efforts and maintain client relationships.
* Train and mentor junior team members.
Requirements:
* Professional qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
* Experience managing a client portfolio.
* Strong tax technical skills with an interest in financial services.
* Experience in working with Private Equity and Venture Capital is highly desired.
* Experience in corporate and/or partnership tax compliance.
* Proven leadership in project management and client service.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
