Your key responsibilities as the Senior Transfer Pricing Manager
You will drive the success of a diverse client portfolio, focusing on financial and risk management, while leading global projects and business development. With support from Partners and mentors, you will build strong client relationships, establish your market presence, and contribute to firm growth. In a hybrid environment, you will manage client expectations, coach team members, and champion innovation, learning, and digital transformation. Responsibilities include overseeing project finances, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive, growth-oriented workplace aligned with the company’s commitment to excellence.

Requirements
We seek a Senior Transfer Pricing Manager with at least 7 years of Transfer Pricing consulting experience, ideally gained in the UK, Ireland, or EU, working on complex planning matters, preferably within a Big 4 firm. A minimum of three years in a managerial role is required, with experience in a mature TP market heavily focused on consulting projects. A degree in accounting, economics, finance, international business, law, or a related field is essential, with a post-graduate qualification preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, the ability to identify market opportunities, and a proven track record of leading complex client projects within budget and time constraints while ensuring high client satisfaction. They should excel in coaching, training, financial management, and technical expertise, demonstrating the ability to stay relevant in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
