Associate Director, Transaction Tax (M&A) - Corporate & PE clients

We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced M&A tax professional to step into an Associate Director role within our client’s fast-growing Transaction Tax team. Off the back of a fantastic 2024, with deals ranging from millions to billions, they’re looking to deliver another record breaking year in 2025!

Being at the forefront of high-value transactions, you’ll work on developing key client relationships, managing complex tax structuring, due diligence, and post-deal advisory across diverse sectors. You’ll participate in discussions with clients, legal advisors, and target management teams, ensuring smooth execution throughout the deal lifecycle.

You’ll also drive business development, winning new work, managing project budgets, and overseeing the development of your team.

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA, CTA, or equivalent qualification
• M&A tax experience
• Strong technical skills
• Excellent client-facing and business development abilities
• Experience in managing teams and driving growth
