● Rare Indirect Tax compliance role with this unique firm’s Indirect Tax team
● The firm has a track record of leading on some of the UK’s largest and most complex restructuring processes – including UK and international transactions involving M&A and insolvency.
● Supporting the Indirect Tax advisory team on their work, you’ll manage the VAT compliance calendar to include all key deadlines for Indirect Tax return submission, prepare and review returns and liaise with HMRC.
● You’ll also keep on top of legislation change and have strong risk awareness with the knowledge and confidence to escalate risk issues appropriately.

● The team is close-knit and supportive – and fit will be key - it’s a very dynamic and busy environment where you’ll need to make use of your people, communication and adaptability skills. The ability to perform strongly under pressure will also be important.
● You’ll have a UK VAT compliance career history with UK technical knowledge covering place and time of supply, partial exemption and compliance processes across a range of industries. Advanced Excel skills are a plus, as is knowledge of overseas compliance processes.
● Hybrid working is available – typically three days a week in the office environment.
