Job Title: Tax Professional - Corporate Tax Advisory Specialist

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Tax Professional with expertise in Corporate Reconstructions to join this fast growing team. The ideal candidate will be CTA qualified and bring significant experience in corporate reconstructions, tax analysis, and advisory work. This role involves preparing detailed tax analyses, delivering high-level tax advice, and creating engaging client presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth tax analyses and develop tax-efficient solutions for corporate restructuring projects, including mergers, demergers, acquisitions, and disposals.
* Prepare tailored tax step plans and reports to meet the unique requirements of each client.
* Collaborate closely with client managers and clients to understand their objectives and create bespoke tax strategies aligned with business goals.
* Deliver impactful client presentations that effectively explain complex tax concepts and strategies.
* Coordinate with internal teams, including client partners, accounting, and administrative staff, to ensure smooth project delivery.Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and communicate their implications to clients.
* Engage with HMRC and other relevant bodies to resolve tax queries or disputes as necessary.
Key Requirements:
* CTA qualified with significant experience in corporate reconstructions, including mergers, acquisitions, demergers, and liquidations.
* Strong technical expertise in UK tax legislation, particularly corporate tax, CGT, and stamp taxes, with a high-level understanding of IHT and personal tax.
* Proven ability to produce comprehensive tax analyses, step plans, and reports.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering client-facing presentations on complex tax issues.
* Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
