Your key responsibilities as the Tax Technology Manager
By leveraging tax technical expertise alongside technology and system improvements, you will lead innovative tax solutions to create a more efficient tax function for clients. Key responsibilities include driving business development initiatives, integrating emerging technologies, interpreting client tax and business requirements, managing project teams to deliver tailored tax technology solutions, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across various disciplines. Additionally, you will inspire and guide your team, empowering them to achieve their full potential and deliver impactful results.

Requirements
Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in tax or tax technology roles, ideally within top-tier accounting firms, consulting, or corporate environments. Expertise in tax-related solutions within ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MSFT Dynamics) or tax engines (e.g., OneSource, Vertex) is essential, alongside proficiency in agile technologies and analytics tools like MS Power Apps, SQL, Alteryx, or Tableau. A strong academic background (preferably ACA/CTA qualified) and a proven track record of managing complex tax transformation projects are key. Experience with a Big 4 firm or multinational company is highly valued, along with an innovative mindset to drive business growth in tax technology.
