In-House Direct Taxes - Advisory Focus - Liverpool

In-House Tax  - Join this friendly tax team, part of a globally renowned group. Reporting to a Head of Tax, the role is predominantly direct tax advisory working with wider tax and finance team often across international boundaries to enable informed planning and decision making. For example, advice on new tax developments, changes in regulations or accounting standards, corporate transactions and the management of tax risks and group TP policy.  There will also be some limited financial reporting activities on a quarterly basis. 

You will need strong UK corporate tax knowledge and experience and ideally knowledge of international tax and transfer pricing principles. Mostly like you will already be operating as Group Tax Manager or Tax Senior Manager in practice.

On offer is a great salary and benefits package and approx. 2 days a week in the offices in Liverpool though can be flexible about this.
