In-house Tax Manager - Manchester City Centre

Due to significant growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Tax Manager with International focus to join the team in Manchester.  The role is in a fast-paced organisation where you will have chance to take on new challenges in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Responsible for supporting the Group’s multi-national platforms across all their taxes, working alongside divisional finance teams. The role is suited to a dynamic tax professional with experience of UK corporation tax and VAT.   
You will support the tax department in managing the Groups tax matters, including :

Management and oversight of tax compliance
Support the tax team with the Group expansion into new jurisdictions and take the lead on managing local filing requirements.
Monitor changes and developments in international taxes across the Group’s operations.
Business support in relation to ad hoc corporation tax and VAT queries as well as tax advisory support on some M&A transactions. 
Withholding tax management and assistance with tax treaty claims.

Full time but very flexible, offering very hybrid working, approx 1 day offices in the offices
