Pure Search are excited to be working with a Fortune 50 business that are a household name with a global reach.
The role would see you take complete advisory position, getting involved with interesting international projects in the UK and around the world.
Some responsibilities would include:
* Assisting to manage specific UK and cross-border tax projects and initiatives, including in relation to the UK patent box regime and R&D tax incentives
* Identifying tax opportunities and risks relating to product innovation and technology, including restructuring activities
* Working with the TP team to support the intercompany processes for technology and product development
* Providing input on treasury related activity and M&A
* Providing effective tax support and advice to the business, including advising on the tax implications of ad hoc projects, external contracts, supply chain changes and other transactions
* Analysis of the tax implications of legislative changes
* Working international projects with the tax team
You will:
* ACA or equivalent
* Strong UK corporate tax technical knowledge and experience
* Have Strong communication
* Attention to detail
* Good team-player, who is able to build personal networks across Tax and Finance, and with other stakeholders in the business
