Our client, a leading firm in the professional services industry, is seeking a Senior Manager to join their International and Complex Tax group in London.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide international and UK tax advisory services, helping clients achieve their commercial goals.
* Oversee the delivery of technical tax advice, including tax structuring, refinancing, business and legal structure optimisation, post-transaction reorganisations, and tax authority enquiries.
* Collaborate with specialists across departments and global offices to ensure the smooth execution of tax advisory projects.
* Lead and mentor junior team members while managing team operations and resource planning.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business to offer tailored solutions.
* Lead proposals for new business, including preparing tender documents, delivering client pitches, and offering strategic solutions.
* Work closely with senior leadership on business development activities, identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
* Uphold and embody the firm's core values and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

* ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification with strong corporate tax and accounting expertise.
* Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a commercial approach to client solutions.
* A proactive mindset, able to identify and pursue long-term business opportunities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
* High energy and enthusiasm, with a positive outlook and commitment to professional growth.
* Curiosity, attention to detail, and a dedication to continuous learning.
