As a Senior Manager in the Deal Advisory Tax team, you'll be part of a high-performing group that delivers market-leading services to Financial and Corporate investors. What You'll Be Doing:
In this role, you will:
* Collaborate with senior leaders on complex, high-profile transactions, delivering top-tier advice and service.
* Be the key point of contact for clients, legal advisers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
* Lead new business opportunities, supporting proposals, and participating in pitches that showcase your expertise.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, partnering with the Deal Advisory team to deliver outstanding results.
* Mentor and develop your colleagues, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
* Provide detailed, technical advice on a range of UK and international tax issues, highlighting their commercial impact.
* Analyze tax documents and data, collaborating with UK and international tax specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions.
* Stay up to date on key UK and OECD tax developments, and contribute to thought leadership in the Deal Advisory Tax space.
What You Bring:
You'll be a great fit for this role if you are:
* A qualified professional (such as CTA, ACA/CA, or equivalent) who loves working on complex transactions.
* Skilled in UK corporate tax, with an understanding of other tax and accounting matters.
* An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and written skills.
* Analytical, curious, and commercially minded, with a knack for solving problems and providing strategic advice.
* An experienced project manager who can lead teams, show initiative, and drive projects forward.
* Proactive in identifying new business opportunities and developing long-term growth strategies.
* Confident in building and nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders, as well as coaching and leading high-performing teams.
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
