We're looking for an experienced and driven Senior Manager to join our Top 4 Clients Global Mobility Services team in London.

If you're passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of international assignments and want to lead a dynamic team, this opportunity is for you.

What You'll Do:

* You'll take charge of coordinating client engagements on a global scale, managing a portfolio of high-profile clients with the support of a talented junior team.
* Business development will be a significant focus, and you'll play a leading role in securing new clients and expanding our services.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients will be at the core of your role, as you become their go-to contact for all things related to global mobility.
* You'll oversee all compliance processes for international assignees, ensuring your clients stay informed on the latest tax developments.
* Advising clients on risk issues will be part of your remit, where you'll provide strategic solutions to help them navigate potential challenges.
* You'll prepare and review client advice, working closely with senior management to ensure top-quality service.
* As a leader, you'll manage projects, delegate tasks effectively, and mentor junior staff to help them grow and succeed.
* You'll also engage with a global professional network, playing an active role in the growth and success of the GMS team.

What We're Looking For:

* You should be ACA/ATT/CTA qualified or hold an equivalent certification.
* Your background in UK expatriate tax services is extensive and well-rounded.
* You're driven, energetic, and ambitious, with a knack for spotting and seizing business opportunities.
* Leadership comes naturally to you, and you excel at problem-solving.
* Delivering high-quality service is a priority for you, and you're committed to meeting the highest standards in your work.
* You're experienced in managing a busy portfolio of Global Mobility clients, and you deliver technically accurate advice with confidence.
