Our client's Tax practice helps businesses navigate complexity and risk. Our client are seeking experienced, driven professionals to advise on International Tax & Treasury matters within the Financial Services industry. Due to increasing demand for this expertise, clients need guidance on complex international tax rules (e.g., Pillar 2) and managing tax risks, as well as restructuring legal, operational and financing frameworks.
Your responsibilities will include leading teams to deliver bespoke tax advice, managing projects, and maintaining relationships as a trusted advisor. You'll seek new opportunities for clients, draw on specialist input from our internal network, and coach your team to develop their skills and potential. Your proactive and open-minded approach to challenges will enhance project delivery, and you'll encourage technical learning and development in others.
We're looking for individuals with an inquisitive mind and problem-solving abilities, who have successfully led teams on international tax and treasury projects. You should have a proven track record of building relationships and networks, strong communication and analytical skills and the ability to apply tax technical knowledge in a commercial environment. Experience with financial services clients is an advantage, though not essential, and a demonstrated history of developing people and building teams is crucial.
