We are seeking a Tax Associate Director (or experienced Manager) to join a growing tax team at an exciting stage of its growth journey. This role offers the chance to accelerate your knowledge, skills, and development within a creative, entrepreneurial and supportive team environment, working with a diverse range of fantastic clients.

You'll manage a varied portfolio of clients and groups with complex tax affairs, ensuring excellent client service and identifying further work opportunities. Responsibilities include undertaking complex compliance work, reviewing junior team members' work, and engaging in various advisory projects. You'll also support senior staff in business development opportunities, proposals and networking events.

Key Responsibilities:

* Integral part of a high-performing tax compliance and advisory team.
* Lead the delivery of premium corporation tax compliance services for a client portfolio.
* Provide technically accurate, clear, and concise tax advice on issues such as international expansion, transfer pricing, R&D tax relief, reorganizations, and more.
* Build and maintain an external network of peers and understand the breadth of the firm's capabilities.
* Collaborate with partners, directors, and colleagues in other departments to provide high-quality client service and identify tax-related risks and opportunities.
* Continuously improve your skills and knowledge, providing coaching and guidance to junior team members.

About You:

* ACA qualified (or equivalent); CTA qualification preferred.
* Solid corporate tax advisory experience and comprehensive technical knowledge.
* Proven experience in client handling, managing a busy portfolio, and business development.
* Excellent corporate tax compliance experience.
* Significant previous experience operating at Manager level or the ability to demonstrate the required skill set for an Associate Director role.
