Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage corporate tax engagements for a portfolio of high-profile clients.
Develop and implement tax strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
Provide expert advice on complex tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and international tax issues.
Oversee tax compliance processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Stay current with changes in tax legislation and industry trends, ensuring our clients receive the most up-to-date advice.
Qualifications:
ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with extensive experience in corporate tax.
In-depth knowledge of UK tax regulations.
