Head of Tax & Treasury - 6 months contract - £150000 - £170000 per annum + pro-rata to duration of contract

Head of Tax & Treasury interim job in London requires an experienced Head of Tax who has overseen treasury, for this Head of Tax & Treasury interim job in London.

Reporting to the CFO of a privately owned company, the Head of Tax & Treasury will join in August and commit to a 6 months period, covering a permanent vacancy.

The interim role will focus largely on tax projects and obligations which will cover: implementing the transfer pricing policy and structure; implementing the operating company structure; ensuring adherence on tax compliance; due diligence requirements on acquisitions and divestment's, along with other duties.

For treasury, the interim requirement is on a banking transition, cashflow forecasting and management.

To be considered for this role it is essential to have previously operated at a Head of Tax level and to have combined this with treasury, or to have had such a strong working relationship with treasury that a solid appreciation of its workings has been gained. Due to the scale of the head office and the business, a previous Head of Tax of a small function or from a privately owned business, will work well in this position, where nimbleness has been demonstrated.
