As a Senior Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in advising some of the largest multinational businesses, both inbound and outbound, on their complex tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide International and Complex UK tax advisory services.
* Deliver technically excellent advice on tax structuring, reorganizations, and more.
* Liaise with specialists across departments and overseas offices.
* Coach and develop junior team members.
* Manage team operations and performance.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Lead proposal development and client pitches.
* Actively participate in business development activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Qualified ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA, or equivalent.
* Strong corporate tax and accounting knowledge.
* Ability to lead, coach, and manage stakeholders.
* Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
* Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
* Commercial approach to providing advice.
