Key Responsibilities:

* Lead scoping, delivery, and billing of client work, providing high-quality technical advice to a diverse client base.
* Ensure compliance with risk management processes from client onboarding to assignment completion.
* Guide junior staff in producing work aligned with the firm's commitment to quality.
* Provide technical advice on Indirect Tax matters, supported by in-depth knowledge of legislation, case law, and technical analysis.
* Produce high-quality technical work with minimal review and effectively convey key points to clients and stakeholders.
* Review the work of other team members.

Qualifications:

* Experience in indirect/VAT taxes, preferably from an advisory or in-house environment.
* Relevant tax qualification (CTA/ATT).
* Experience managing a large portfolio of indirect/VAT tax clients.
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build lasting business relationships.
* Comfortable working in mixed-discipline teams and leading projects to successful conclusions.
* Experience in advising on complex technical indirect tax matters.
