New Transfer Pricing Manager Opportunity in London or Watford

Our client is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Transfer Pricing Manager to join its London or Watford team. Specialising in assisting organisations with pricing transactions between related parties, the Transfer Pricing team comprises individuals with diverse backgrounds and curious minds. What the Role Entails: In the role of Transfer Pricing Manager, the succesful candidate will play a crucial role in solving complex business issues for clients.

Responsibilities include: Proactive management of a portfolio of clients, reporting to Senior Managers and above. Leading the delivery of technical projects from planning through to documentation and enquiries. Involvement in the financial management of clients. Active participation in business development activities, identifying and pursuing opportunities with new and existing clients. Coordination with specialists across the global network to deliver exceptional outcomes. Training, coaching, and supervising junior team members. Staying current with relevant regulatory and business issues. Developing internal relationships and establishing a professional brand.

Desired Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate will possess: A proven track record of delivering quality work for clients, demonstrating an understanding of their business and maintaining respectful client relationships. Extensive experience advising multinational clients on transfer pricing, with additional exposure to corporate tax or related international issues considered an advantage. Proactive management of client portfolios and projects, including financial and risk management. Strong experience in building internal and external relationships and networks.

Ability to plan and deliver work against tight deadlines. Exceptional communication skills, particularly in negotiating with and influencing others. A history of providing meaningful feedback to help others improve and develop. An ability to promptly address problems while maintaining professional standards. University degree and CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.
