Our client is seeking talented individuals to join their Family Office & Private Client tax team, a vibrant community of professionals across the country. Led by dedicated Partners and Directors.

Our client works with a diverse range of high-net-worth individuals, from stakeholders in privately-owned businesses to executives of multinational firms, and beyond. If you are a highly motivated qualified tax adviser/accountant (ATT, CTA, or ACA/ACCA) with experience in personal tax, our client would love to hear from you!

As part of their Private Client tax team, you will play a crucial role in a fast-growing and integral division. To support continuous growth, our client is looking to appoint a Senior Manager who will contribute to a dynamic and supportive working environment.

Your duties will include:

* Building and expanding internal and external networks to generate new opportunities, focusing on allocated clients and targets.
* Assisting in the management of the local team, taking responsibility for coaching and developing other team members.
* Collaborating with colleagues to deliver tax advice to stakeholders in transactions.
* Assessing clients' personal tax positions, developing and researching innovative solutions.
* Project managing the delivery of complex tax advice and ensuring effective implementation.
* Controlling the financial aspect of assignments through strong WIP management and billing controls.

Experience and Background:

* Excellent technical specialist knowledge and expertise in private client advisory matters.
* Proven track record of building long-term client relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
* Passion for delivering exceptional service with a focus on client relationship strength and depth.
* Strong commercial awareness enabling confident dialogue with business owners.
* High level of drive, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude that translates across the team.
* Strong team ethic and the ability to grow resources both within the immediate peer group and across the firm.
* Self-starter with the ability to grasp market opportunities and develop new business.
