As a Real Estate Deals Tax Director, individuals will be key players in the Real Estate Deals team, working on a broad spectrum of transactions for funds and institutional investors in the Real Estate sector. This role involves advising on large-scale transactions, often with cross-border complexities. Key Responsibilities:

* Managing and delivering customized tax advice for a dynamic real estate deal portfolio.
* Playing a crucial role in building and nurturing client relationships and mentoring junior team members.
* Collaborating with specialists and other parts of the organization to meet clients' diverse needs.
* Actively participating in business development activities, identifying and researching opportunities for new and existing clients.
* Developing innovative strategies to address complex technical challenges for clients.
* Contributing to the team's technical acumen and staying updated on business and economic issues.
* Collaborating with team members on a variety of deals.

Essential Skills and Experience:

* Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS, CAI).
* Proven experience leading complex projects for key clients.
* Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills.
* Track record of successfully generating business through lead conversion and developing new ideas.
* Experience in building and leveraging internal and external relationships and networks.
* Strong communication skills, particularly in negotiating and influencing others.
* Ability to handle and deliver multiple projects within deadlines.
