This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious , technically confident, client facing Tax professional to really add value and  contribute to the overall success and growth of the Firm

Ideally you will be ACA/ACCA qualified or a base knowledge of OMB accounts and CTA qualified preferred, or proven tax advisory experience and desire to develop this further

You will be an integral part of a high performing tax team that supports and advises a range of interesting, fast growing and entrepreneurial companies and their owners, as well as larger corporates who operate in a range of sectors.

Responsibilities:

·       Providing value added, technically accurate, clear and concise tax advice covering a range of technical issues relevant to the client’s business risks, challenges and opportunities. Such areas are likely to include: group and shareholder reorganisations, loss relief, tax treatment of interest, capital allowances, R&D tax relief and working with Tax Director supporting clients on acquisitions and disposals

·       Leading the delivery of a premium corporation tax compliance service, reviewing corporate tax computations for more complex clients

·       Building your external network of peers and working closely with the Tax Director and other service lines to go out to market and support business development activities in the area

·       Liaising regularly with colleagues in other departments to assist them in providing a high-quality service to their clients and identifying tax related risks and opportunities for their clients

·       Embracing the mindset of continual improvement in your skills, knowledge and capability for the benefit of clients, and as part of your own development as well as others, providing coaching and guidance to junior members of the team
