As an Employment Taxes Manager, the successful candidate will be a key player in the Tax Division, specifically within the Human Capital Team. Responsibilities include managing and delivering employment tax Due Diligence reports, working closely with corporate tax and financial services teams, and providing support for employment tax advice and compliance. The role also presents opportunities for involvement in business development and mentoring junior staff members.
Key responsibilities of the position encompass:
* Managing and delivering employment tax Due Diligence reports.
* Collaborating closely with corporate tax and financial services teams.
* Providing employment tax advice and compliance support.
* Participating in client meetings, both individual and corporate.
* Handling client queries and corresponding with HMRC.
* Preparing written advisory reports.
* Developing and nurturing client relationships.
* Assisting other firm teams with employment tax advisory needs.
* Contributing to marketing and business development initiatives.
* Managing Work in Progress (WIP) and billing for assigned clients, ensuring commercial success.
In addition to core responsibilities, the role may involve special assignments such as supporting tender proposals and training and developing staff on Human Capital matters.
