Your responsibilities will include:

* Reviewing provisions and final tax computations, including tax accounting schedules
* Offering advisory services on various business tax matters, such as global expansion, share scheme implementation, and group restructuring for tax efficiency
* Cultivating and nurturing client relationships while ensuring exceptional service
* Efficiently managing WIP and billing for your clients to achieve commercial success
* Potential involvement in managing your direct reports, including conducting their appraisals

You may also have the opportunity to participate in:

* Supporting tender proposals
* Conducting due diligence
* Training staff on CT matters
* Investigating and resolving CT queries
* Assisting with CT marketing initiatives

People Management: As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will have the chance to co-manage a team and potentially lead direct reports after successfully completing your probation. Alongside managing your own growth, you will be expected to actively contribute to the training and development of junior staff.

Person Specification:

* ACA/CA/CTA or equivalent qualification
* Proven expertise in corporate tax work gained in a practice setting
* A solid grasp of corporate tax principles
* Ability to communicate complex issues effectively to non-experts
* Up-to-date technical skills and experience across a broad range of large corporate and owner-managed business issues
* Proficiency in managing a diverse client portfolio profitably
* Capability to handle tax advisory matters and produce comprehensive reports, including due diligence
* Experience in share scheme reporting (preferred but not essential)
* Strong Excel skills
* Familiarity with Alpha tax software (preferred)
* Experience with CCH software (useful but not mandatory)
