Senior Advisory Tax Manager / AD

This new role will be to support the Tax Director; managing Advisory projects in conjunction with Directors and partners; the projects are focussed on M and A support, Transfer pricing, international tax planning, etc.  You will be able to shape the role yourself and it offers much potential.

The right person will:

  Build and maintain tax relationships with corporate clients and provide a high level of client service.
  Project-manage advisory work in conjunction with partners or directors, including transfer pricing, thin capitalisation and international tax planning ensuring technical excellence and a commercial approach.
  Manage a client portfolio providing planning advice and supervising corporate tax compliance.
  Provide tax technical support to other teams including M&A support.
  Assist with the management and development of the tax team personnel.You will thrive in this role if:
  You are CTA, and/or ACCA/ACA qualified or have equivalent qualifications or experience
  You have experience of delivering tax-advisory projects
  You are client driven and commercially aware
