Transfer Pricing Manager (100% Advisory)

My client, a leading advisory firm have a requirement for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join the team. With a focus on assisting clients expand globally across various sectors, this role offers a great variety and opportunity to get involved in a number of exciting projects.

This role has come around due to a large amount of M&A activity across the group. You will be working alongside a group of extremely high level, well renowned tax professionals who promote personal development as well as a healthy work life balance.

Responsibilities:
• Advising clients on their TP matters, providing a high level and efficient, high quality service
• Take the lead on Master File/Local File projects providing high level advice of TP documentation requirements
• Review and analyse complex international tax structures, transactions and contracts to identify possible risk and opportunities for tax optimisation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to deliver tailored tax solutions
• Developing client relationships to nurture future business opportunities

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
• Expert knowledge
• In depth knowledge of international tax laws, regulations and transfer pricing principles
• Proven experience providing TP advice to clients from diverse geographical regions
• Willingness to learn and develop within a clear progression plan
