In this role, you will become an integral part of the national faculty of M&A Tax specialists. Collaborating with a highly regarded Transaction Tax Partner, you will play a crucial role in the development and success of the Transaction Tax services business. This position offers diverse opportunities to manage projects across various industries, leveraging the organisation's international network and working alongside the Corporate Finance Department.

Key responsibilities for the role include serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing projects following standard procedures, overseeing due diligence projects, providing tax structuring advice, conducting research and preparing proposals, supporting strategic targeting and business development activities, maintaining a high level of technical knowledge, contributing to the development of junior team members, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and carrying out any additional duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant professional qualifications or equivalent experience, significant experience in a managerial role or similar position, strong knowledge of Transaction Tax or Corporate Tax, a proven track record in client management and project management, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong organisational abilities. They should also have a supportive approach to team development, business development experience or interest, and the ability to identify opportunities to provide value to clients.
