New Business Tax Advisory & Transactions Manager - Belfast

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join a growing Business Tax Advisory Services team in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a large and diverse client base, both nationally and internationally.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of Business Tax Advisory Services for Tax Advisory projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical/business-driven approach. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining tax relationships with clients and providing coaching and support to junior team members. Additionally, you will be expected to play a significant role in winning new business by proactively managing existing clients and targeting/building relationships in the business community.

To qualify for the role, the candidate must have extensive UK Corporate Tax experience, including experience working on business tax advisory projects such as business restructuring, tax due diligence, and tax structuring projects for corporate acquisitions. You must also have up-to-date knowledge of changes in the tax environment. A transformative mindset and the ability to see beyond what the team does today are highly desirable qualities.
