Capital Tax Recruitment is partnering with a Big 4 firm to identify a dynamic and driven M&A Tax Senior Manager. You will have many opportunities to be involved in various areas of the deals tax cycle. Within the M&A Tax team there are specialisms in Funds, Stamp Taxes, Sale and Purchase Agreements, Global Operating Model Advisory, Transfer Pricing and VAT. You will be working closely with the Transaction Services, Capital Markets and Consulting teams in order to:

* Provide tax structuring, compliance and risk advice to clients wanting to sell or acquire businesses.
* Assist clients with pre-acquisition and restructuring.
* Assist clients to make informed economic decisions and shape their business strategies.

The role is exciting, offers high levels of client contact and responsibilities and will allow the successful candidate to progress rapidly up to Director level.
