Capital Tax Recruitment is currently working exclusively with a prestigious Big 4 accountancy practice who are looking to recruit a forward-thinking Tax Disputes Manager who can be based out of any of any of their office locations across the UK. As part of this team, you will continue to build your skills and develop coordinated approaches to audits and disputes around the globe and adopt preventative measures and leverage both traditional and new alternative dispute resolution techniques to achieve the best results for the firms clients. The ideal candidate must display an in-depth technical knowledge of dispute resolution and the ability to apply that knowledge to develop solutions to complex issues on behalf of the firm's clients.

As a manager you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.
* Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.
* Coach others, recognise their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
* Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
* Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
* Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet clients' expectations.
* Use data and insights to form conclusions and support decision making.
* Develop a point of view on key global trends and how they impact clients.
