Tax Transformation Associate - Make Manager within 12 months!

Capital Tax Recruitment is currently partnering exclusively with a Big 4 accountancy practice who are looking to recruit a highly motivated and self-driven Senior Associate to join their Tax Transformation team due to significant growth in this area. The successful candidate will have a path open to them to achieve promotion to Manager within 12 months due to the sheer volume of work coming into the business and its continued expansion and growth. You will get the opportunity to work on all aspects of the end-to-end tax transformation process including scoping, design and implementation of the particular solution.

Requirements and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Working on multi-territory tax projects, managing various stakeholders globally.
* An understanding of how finance operates within large multinational organisations or experience in ERPs, Finance Consolidation Systems or Management Information systems.
* Design of tax functions and implementation of a tax governance frameworks.
* Working with blue chip clients across a broad spectrum of sectors of fast-growing businesses that are privately owned or PE backed.
* Support the day-to-day delivery of projects working closely with both senior and junior members or the team to provide outstanding service to clients.
* Participating in the identification of technology solutions and process changes for our clients across different tax areas.
* Service proposition development and subsequent execution of the delivery of the service offerings.
* Identifying areas for new ways to leverage clients existing technology stack.
